| Your Newsletter is prepared as an HTML page (Web page) and stored on our Web Site for up to 1 month. We can load it onto your site, if you have no objection to us having your Username and Password - although we would discourage this action. | ||
| The Newsletter should follow our
basic web development rules, which are to keep the graphic content interesting
but not overdone (eg your logo and up to 5 or 6 small photographs or designs per
page).
Text is more flexible but it is important to ensure that your newsletter is not too text heavy - most people won't read it - so if you have a lot to say, it is better to complete the design over several pages. |

Newsletters
vary in price, depending on their complexity and content. Usually, a
Newsletter template can be prepared (a one off cost) then simply amended as and
when you require it. This means that the ongoing fees are kept to a
minimum.
To give you an indication of costs: Original designs range from $275. Ongoing costs range from $44. |

| Special Messages: | ||
At special times of the year, we offer some standard "Special Messages" - usually at Christmas, New Year, End of Financial Year, Easter etc. Below is an example of one of our Christmas messages from last year. Your name, logo, message and contact details are applied to your selected message for a fee of $44. |
