Quality Matters Pty Ltd is based in Brisbane (Queensland, Australia).  We began operating in 1992 providing Quality Management and Information Technology consulting services to a small group of Clients.  Since that time, we have helped many organisations, of varying sizes, to understand and apply the basic concepts of effective quality management to ensure continual improvement.

In 1997, the Internet was beginning to have an impact and it was obvious that effective business management techniques would need to change.  We began researching the Internet and the way it would change operational management and communication.  As time went by it was obvious that the Internet would become part and parcel of every business - large and small.

We now provide Web (site) design and development services and, most importantly, Electronic Communication consulting and application development. 

More recently, we have turned our attention to Tourism and the impact both quality management and the Internet have on this industry.  We have worked closely with all stakeholders including Governments, operators and investors to raise the profile of self-catering holidays as a recognised alternative for domestic and international travellers in Australia.  As a result, we have developed the web site www.schacc.com.au, which provides travellers with the ability to "inspect" and select specific accommodation units.  This site is maintained on behalf of private investors in Australian Tourism.

Our objective is to assist Small to Medium Businesses and private investors gain full advantage of the Internet and Electronic Communication by understanding the tools available and how to use them effectively and inexpensively.
